Shipping Policy

 One Eleven Shoes business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 – 5pm (PST).  Please allow an estimated time of 2-7 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office. Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier. Due to COVID, we are experiencing delays on postal carriers picking up our packages.

 

 International shipments range from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

 Missing Packages:

All packages are insured with USPS & We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, IF Your package appears to be lost please fill out a claim at: File a Claim | USPS

Return & Exchange Policy

APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit only! We do not process REFUNDS, please return unworn shoes in original packaging within 7 days to receive a store credit in the form of an E- gift card. Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery date. We do not accept worn shoes or shoes that show signs of wear for store credit. All returns must include order packing slip with reason for return stated. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported at Oneelevenshoes@yahoo.com within 48 hours after receiving package PLEASE ATTACH PHOTOS. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit. Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. You have 90 days to use your store credit.
